Cosy flat, fully furnished in quiet area with beautiful view, near the city center, next to the river. 4th floor with elevator. 5 minute walk to the nearest grocery, restaurant, shops. Excellent location for holidays: mountain hiking in Malé Karpaty; cycling (numerous paths to the country side); swimming in local lake. City of Brezová pod Bradlom (Košariská) is known also as a birthplace of the greatest Slovak – M. R. Štefánik, whose exceptional monument is located 3 kilometres from the flat.

The apartment is located in the Juh housing estate near the Brezina forest park, through which it is possible to get to Trenčín Castle. Its location near a bus stop with a direct connection to Trenčín station is an ideal place for those who use public transport. There are grocery stores, restaurants and a shopping center around the apartment. You can reach the city center in 10 min from us. You also need the same time to the train station and bus station. In the narrow neighborhood you will also find a commercial center with groceries and a cinema, a city park on one side, a forest park of brezina on the other. You can have a coffee right outside the house and your car can be safely parked for free right in front of the entrance. We welcome all people of good will even with their four-legged friends.
