The house is located in the village of Banka, about 10 minutes from the spa center, in a very quiet area near the forest. The apartment is located on the GROUND FLOOR of a FAMILY HOME, has a separate entrance, two bedrooms, 4 beds (+2 upstairs – see ACCOMMODATION FOR COMPANIES), a living room, a large hall, a fully equipped kitchen, and a renovated bathroom. The area is about 110 m2. WiFi throughout the grounds. The accommodation is also suitable for patients undergoing treatment at Adela Medical Center. Another part of the house, also with a separate entrance, is used by the owner.

On a beautiful plot overgrown with fruit trees, you have a seating area in a gazebo with a gas grill. Ping-pong table and badminton rackets available. In the village there are options for a children's playground and football field, beautiful walks in the surroundings - Bezovec ski resort, Beckov and Tematín castles and many cycling routes. Built with our own hands from the ground up to handmade interior furniture. The surroundings of the cottage have been arranged for your comfort: a terrace with sun loungers and bathtubs for swimming in the summer, a tub with heated water for spring and autumn days, outdoor seating on a partially covered terrace next to a small pond, space for grilling or roasting. And greenery planted all around. I wanted guests to experience quality and comfort both at first sight and firsthand.

This double room is within family run business Kipi Casa in Lazany only 7 km from spa town Bojnice. There is a bar, terrace, outdoor children's area and private garden for barbecue. This area is well-known for cycling and very popular with tourists and hikers. Bojnice is well-known as a spa town with beautiful castle, the ZOO and prehistoric cave. We speak fluent English. Clients have the option to use a private pool in the garden for a fee and pre-arranged conditions.

Our Apartment is part of family house where we live. It has separated entrance and it is separated from our part of house. Apartment contains one big sleeping room, one smaller sleeping room, equipped kitchen and bathroom. Our house is situated in quiet location 5 minutes drive from historical city center (taxi ~5€) of Trenčín. In summer days guest can use the garden with beautiful view on mountains for relaxation. Parking is directly in the garden next to house.

Blue Wave Apartment

The apartment offers a magnificent view of the Sĺňava reservoir. It consists of a separate bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living area where a couch is located, which, when unfolded, turns into a full-size bed of 180 x 200 cm (22 cm mattress height). The apartment also has a balcony with seating. Guests can also use an outdoor pool with a patio and sun loungers (expected summer 2025) and city bikes that we offer for free for guests.
