To visit the Périgord Noir while being in a quiet area (in the countryside 10 km from Sarlat). Property consists of our house, four rental cottages, swimming pool (guaranteed opening from early June to mid-September) to share with other tenants, on 5000 m2 of land. Not to mention the barbecue, ping-pong table and trampoline. The price does not include end-of-stay cleaning – on request – (€60), or linens – on request – (sheets and towels – €15 per person).

You will have access to the heated pool and Spa (from mid-April to late September depending on the weather) as well as the landscaped park (these areas are to be shared with the hosts of our other cottages).

Great for gatherings with family or friends. Large upstairs bedrooms and friendly common areas. Foosball, ping pong, video projector. Outside, garden and covered terrace. The charm of this 18th century house also lies in its location near a river with a beach, recreation area and open-air café, which is accessed directly from the garden (fenced) without taking the road. All everyday shops are within walking distance.
