Your pets are welcome; each accommodation features a dedicated, shaded, and fenced-in area right next to it. For this reason, we kindly ask that you do not let them roam freely in the property's shared garden. Use of the outdoor pool is shared with any guests staying in the second accommodation unit. Outside guests are not permitted. Pets are not allowed in the water, but they may stay with you in the pool area—on a leash—provided no other guests are present. The caretaker lives in the central apartment to attend to guests' needs and look after the property.

The farmhouse where we live and where we invite you is below the village of Mondaino, built in the mid-1800s and renovated in the 80s by a couple of London artists, who lived there until recently, giving it a simple but creative style. They have been hosting on Airbnb for years, and we are happy to continue the project.
