Fully equipped studio near the sea

The studio apartment is furnished in classic Sicilian style and is equipped with all comforts, also offering the possibility of eating meals outdoors under a large olive tree. Upon returning from the sea you can take advantage of an additional shower located outside the house in a secluded corner near the lawn. The studio is located in a location near the sea but a stone's throw from the city and on the road to San Vito lo Capo you can reach in less than half an hour. The location is very quiet but allows you to reach the city center in just a few minutes.

The Civico 88 vacation home is located in the Chiesa Nuova district, a stone's throw from the historic center of Calatafimi Segesta. What makes it really special is the decor, the result of the recovery and re-adaptation of my parents' furniture. The spaciousness and brightness of the rooms, together with the tranquility of the neighborhood, make it the right accommodation for your needs.
