We are renovating it to make it comfortable for modern people to use, while maintaining the good points of an old house. We hope you can relax and use it as a base for sightseeing in Hokuriku and climbing the Northern Alps. There is a monitor, so it is also recommended for workations. As this is a private rental, you can use it as if it were your own home, but the store on the first floor is open on Fridays and Saturdays, and the host may stay there from time to time. We also accept pets, and you can bring them when you eat on the ground floor.However, regular customers also come to the store on Fridays and Saturdays, so if the dog barks too much, please keep it in the cage on the 3rd floor. The first-floor bistro offers more than 100 types of drinks, including various wines, original cocktails, craft beers, craft gins, and whiskey. On Fridays and Saturdays, à la carte cuisine is available. The course meals also require a reservation, but I recommend them. There are many tall trees around that are 300-400 years old, covered in greenery, and birds chirping at any time are singing. The interior is beautifully finished with favorite accessories, antique stands, retro music boxes, furniture, etc. The room is created with large glass windows, and the surrounding greenery and sky are very beautiful and full of openness. The bus from Toyama Station is 15 minutes. The house is 5-6 minutes from Toyama IC by car, and there are many restaurants along the road. You can get to Toyama Station in 15 minutes to the north and Takayama in 90 minutes to the south on National Route 41. Toyama Airport is 3 km from the house and can be reached in 5 minutes.
