A studio of 30 m2 high up from Trouville Sur Mer renovated and furnished with a sea view, where you can contemplate every night a splendid sunset. Great for a couple with their two children. Its access is independent with a key box. A 10-minute walk from the beach, and a 5-minute drive from Deauville train station (3 km, a good half-hour walk with a slope), a free private parking space is located in front of the building. Our studio is located in a serviced apartment 2.5 km away from the center of Honfleur and 12 km from Deauville. The residence has private parking, a small park with bocce court as well as a games room ( ping pong, babyfoot) and WiFi. The accommodation consists of a bathroom with separate toilet, an equipped kitchenette and a balcony. The residence has a swimming pool open from July to mid-September (exact dates to be confirmed)
