My little country house

Tranquility 10 km from Loches... this small house is very well located, we are close to the castles, 10 km from Loches and 45 minutes from Amboise or 1 hour from Chinon. All the conditions are met for a pleasant stay. Restaurant in the town center and open-air cafes nearby, leisure and entertainment guaranteed in Loches all summer, golf 6 km away, 45 minutes from the Futuroscope or Beauval Zoo. The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.
