Beautiful house (230 m²) adjoining a private relaxation area with sauna, spa, indoor and heated pool. On the ground floor: spacious living room (about 100 m² with living room, dining room, equipped kitchen), large shower room, toilet, laundry room. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet. The bay windows overlook a large terrace (with possibility of BBQ) overlooking the 10,000 m² plot that goes down to the fishing pond. Outdoor games for children and large courtyard with carport.

Large master bedroom near Châteaux de la Loire.

In charming family farmhouse of 350m², close to Cheverny; large garden, surrounded by fields and organic vines. The master bedroom is on the ground floor (22 m²), with bathroom of 7m² can be booked either alone (€90 per night) or with the other bedrooms which are on the first floor, and which have a shared bathroom: three double bedrooms (70, 60 and 50€ per night) including one with a sink. A children's room with two single beds and a sink (€50 per night) can also be rented.
