A relatively new (2021), air-conditioned cabin , located only 11Km from Eskilstuna, in a peaceful wooded area, a short walk from Sundbyholm's trotting track. The cabin is 30 square meters in area, plus a loft bedroom. Large bathroom with shower and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen incl dishwasher. The living-room offers a bed-sofa, 43" HD TV with ChromeCast, Netflix, etc, a PS3, and a selection of DVD films, Internet WiFi. A large wooden deck surrounds 3 sides of the cabin.

Golf and paddle tennis court as well as Lake Mälaren with swimming area, about 200 meters away. Possibility to rent a rowboat and paddleboards.

Our first guest used the cottage as a writing retreat for a documentary. The couple who came after wanted to visit the Swedish countryside and hoped to see bears (note: there are no bears here). Our cabin is situated on the same property as the main house, where my family resides. 🏕 As I've relocated to another city, I may not be able to greet you in person but there will always be someone available to help you with anything you need 🙂

Loftets B&B is located on Nyckelön in Kvicksund where road 56 passes Mälaren via the large Kvicksund bridge. Eskilstuna, Västerås, Torshälla, Strömsholm and Köping are within a radius of two miles. Close to swimming, fishing and marina. Kvicksund has a shop, restaurants and golf course. Train and bus connections.
