Additionally, there are a number of National Trust properties are nearby, such as Lanhydrock House and Cothele.

Trelights is close to Port Isaac (where Doc Martin is filmed) and Polzeath (about a ten minute drive). There are 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and one with a double bed and bunk beds. The sunny conservatory overlooks fields. Plenty of off road parking.

The property is just 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach and less than 5 minutes walk to the centre of town.
