It is a private apartment that is on the ground floor, inside a patio with more rooms for rent where I live with my family. It is a quiet and safe environment. The space is 500 meters from Cal Beach and 500 meters from the Guarita Beach portico. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed + a single sofa bed, a bathroom and a kitchen. We have parking ONLY AT NIGHT, in a closed and secure patio, but it is not covered. THE APARTMENT IS SUITABLE FOR UP TO 3 PEOPLE, WHETHER CHILDREN OR ADULTS.

It is in the back of the owners' residence but has a separate entrance. Located 400 meters from Molhes Beach and 100 meters from the Gastronomic Route. There are utensils to prepare small meals but, if you prefer, the best restaurants in town are nearby! A bakery, supermarket and pizzeria can also be found in the neighborhood

My space is a small apartment, kitchen/laundry room and bathroom, independent of the main house, sleeps well 3 people,air conditioning, WIFI, full kitchen, with a small garden, covered garage, all enclosed and individual patio. It is in the center of the city, close to markets, pharmacies and shops in general. The beach is about 1500m. Clean, safe and organized environment. We do not offer hotel services, such as personal items, towels,etc. Bed linen only.

Conjoined dining room and kitchen, and large barbecue area with clay oven, tables and stools to share with other guests! Parking is in the courtyard. Pets as long as small and docile are welcome!
