Além disso, dispõe de um ótimo espaço com poltronas/espreguiçadeiras, que contempla uma bela vista para o mar e para o restante da cidade e também para a serra (pôr do sol).

A spectacular view of the Mampituba River is part of the scenario, with the right to a movie sunset. It has 1 cozy suite, a well-equipped office with a sofa bed, a very pleasant living room, 2 bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, laundry and air conditioning. Parking included. It's a charm! Enjoy! :)
