A spectacular view of the Mampituba River is part of the scenario, with the right to a movie sunset. It has 1 cozy suite, a well-equipped office with a sofa bed, a very pleasant living room, 2 bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, laundry and air conditioning. Parking included. It's a charm! Enjoy! :)

Can easily access them by the elevator and/or stairway (both in FRONT of the DOOR of the ap), as it is the next floor; and it still has a BEAUTIFUL VIEW of the city and a part of the east sea at 200 mts.
