Comfortable beachfront apartment with 180 degree sea view from rooftop terrace and free parking right outside the front door. Aircondition, satellite TV and wifi. The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

With ancient charm and modern comfort, furnished with family furniture, in a secluded corner of the historic center. The rooms are spacious and have unique ceilings, called "starry," typical of ancient architecture. The internal stairs are steep. Hi :) I'm Paola and together with my daughter Silvia we look forward to welcoming you to our house, located just 150 meters from the sea. It has a large furnished living room with dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all essential appliances. The 2 bathrooms are modern and equipped with a shower. You will find 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one with a single bed. The location of the house on the seafront will allow you to easily reach the beach.
