The house is located 100m from the Pizzomunno monolith and its beach and 300m from the center of the village. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, kitchenette equipped with crockery and appliances, bathroom with washing machine and a balcony.It can accommodate up to 4 people. Air-conditioned. You can reach the beaches, downtown and the historic center comfortably on foot, as well as supermarkets. We provide an unattended parking space for free.

You each have your own privacy with garden and your own pool and everything that goes with it. Villa Oleandro is situated in an olive grove about 3 kilometres from the beaches and the town. The pools, which are harmoniously integrated into the garden, are very special. The size of the whole property is 5000 sqm. Everything is fenced.

This house tells a true story. From the early 1900s, these four walls breathed in “sea air.” Michele, class 1905, started to be a fisherman at the age of 10. He's been in the waves for more than60years, and together with his wife Antonietta they raised their eight children in this house. Lorenzo is one of them, class 1944. She got to know the sea as a child and they haven't left yet. This house is a tribute to them, to Nonno Michele and Padre Lorenzo.
