Lovely maisonette 100 meters from blue flag Beach La Mata. The apartment has 90 sqm on two floors. The private terrace is 35 sqm. The balcony is 12 sqm. A total of 137 sqm. The apartment is located two flights of stairs up with no elevator. Free wifi. For the TV, there is a Chromecast so you can stream from any apps in your smart phone, e.g. Netflix, HBO. We have two ACs equipped with coin box. 10€ to AC is included in the price. The pool is closed for siesta between 14:00-17:00 Minimum age to rent is 25 years old minimum

Our beautiful holiday apartment was completely renovated and modernly furnished in 2022. The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed. Both bedrooms have their own air conditioning. A bathroom and an open kitchen, this gives this holiday apartment a beautiful view of the living room and therefore of the beautiful Mediterranean! The next highlight is the large open balcony with a breathtaking view of the area's most famous sandy beach, "La Mata".
