Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. Thanks to the traffic of only the residents of the street, you will wake up and fall asleep pampered by the singing of birds.... I've been hosting with Air bnb since 2023. That's why I have few reviews. I've been renting for almost 10 years with VRBO where you can find about 40 reviews . The villa is in Torre delle Stelle, a holiday destination, only 40 minutes from the capital, Cagliari and its airport. In Torre there are 2 famous beaches, one of which, Genn'e Mari, 500m from the villa, with soft sand and shallow crystal waters, safe for children. The turquoise clear waters provide excellent snorkelling and diving opportunities. 5 minutes walk from the villa, there are also 4 restaurants, 2 grocery stores, a fishmonger, 3 cafes, 3 tennis courts, basket and football pitch.

Amazing house with private and heated pool

La casa "Bouganville" è ideale per gli ospiti che scelgono una vacanza con gli amici o con la famiglia in un ambiente confortevole e rilassante. Le tre camere matrimoniali sono comode, fresche, luminose. La cucina è attrezzata e separata da un ampio soggiorno con camino e smart TV da 55 polici.Piscina con solarium, doccia acqua fredda/calda, barbeque. Ristrutturata di recente, è dotata di due bagni con doccia. Tutti gli ambienti sono climatizzati e dotati di zanzariere. Parcheggio privato.

Villa with private swimming pool (can be heated during April and October ) and breathtaking views, only a stroll (approx 900 m) from the beach. The villa is on two levels, consisting of 4 bedrooms (3 with sea view, 2 with direct access to the terrace area), 2 shower rooms, kitchen, living and dining room. Kitchen and living area have direct access to the veranda. The swimming pool is fenced. Further there are a built in BBQ on the pool terrace as well as an outside shower enclosure.

The village of Marina delle Nereidi is surrounded by greenery and overlooks a small rocky beach with pristine waters.
