My house is the ideal place to rest and to enjoy historical Burgundy . Nested in a green and peaceful countryside, this independent guest house has a bedroom, a bathroom, a large kitchen downstairs and a second bedroom and a playroom upstairs. The kitchen being very large, I put 2 armchairs so you can enjoy the fire or watch TV. My house is perfect as well if you are on a professional trip in the area.

Housing (42 m2) renovated and fully insulated, in a quiet village house with a small adjoining plot. Parking is possible on the land, not enclosed, or along the Rue Gueneau, which is not very busy. We cannot accept pets. Access to the listing by two steps and exit to the back on the grounds by two steps as well. Village of 135 inhabitants; shops in Epoisses or Rouvray (8km)
