Well presented spacious 3 bedroom semi detached house, 3 mins drive from the racecourse and the hospital, 10 mins drive to Doncaster city centre. Short drive to local amenities and lakeside village shopping outlet. 40 mins drive to Peak District. Off street parking for 2 vehicles, large back garden with decking and patio area for family fun. 2 good sized double room with a king sized bed and 2 single beds with built in closet, and 1 spacious box room with a single bed and built in closet.

WELCOME Built in 2019 under the guidance of a wheelchair using friend we have provided most, but not all, of the facilities to suit our less mobile visitors, although everyone is more than welcome to stay with us. It is styled around a rustic theme and is located around 5 miles (8km) from the A1 and 3 miles (5km) from the M62 motorways, with good road/rail links from 3 local stations and a bus terminus. All our guests have the full private use of the detached annexe during their stay.

Our little hidden gem semi in South Yorkshire

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in Balby Doncaster. Located only 3 miles away from The Doncaster Racecourse, just over 2 miles from the city centre/train station. 5 minute walk to St Catherine’s Grounds which is a beautiful walk to do at anytime of year. There is also a little cafe in the grounds which is nice to visit. Local supermarket is under 1 mile away and up the road is a gorgeous fish and chip takeaway, hairdressers and a lovely corner shop.

Newley re furbished ground floor 2 bed apartment

This Recently refurbished 2 bed apartment Located directly opposite Doncaster Royal Infirmary Gate 4. With one of road free parking so no need to worry if visiting loved ones at the hospital or out for a day at the races. Directly opposite the Hospital you have the Cumberland public house which serves great food and has a large beer garden. As a well travelled couple we appreciated what home comforts guest like and hopefully accommodate for this.

The apartment consists of a living space with kitchen and shower room connected to a bedroom. The bedroom has limited head space of just under 2 metres. There is independent access from the rear of the building and no shared space. Access is via a staircase at the right hand side of the house. No food is supplied, but teabags and instant coffee is. Entry is via a keysafe for which a code will be supplied when booking iOS confirmed.
