There is no indoor shower in the cabin. Kouvola, Tykkimäki and Mielakka Ski Resort are only 20-25 minutes, and less than 2 hours drive from the metropolitan area.

Hyvä tie perille ja ympäristössä hyvät ulkoilu-, sienestys- ja marjastusmahdollisuudet. Grillikatos, 2 polkupyörää, 2 kajakkia sekä soutuvene myös käytössäsi.

Asunnossa ei Wifiä. Lähellä ravintoloita ja baareja, Hansa-keskuksen ruokakauppa (S-market) n. 200m päässä talosta.

Sijaitsee rauhallisessa paikassa lähellä metsäaluetta, jonka kautta helposti pääsee Käyralammelle ja Tykkimäen huvipuistoon. Asunto hyvin varusteltu (pesukone, veden- ja kahvinkeitin, mikro, lakanat, pyyhkeet). Tupakointi parvekkeella kielletty, erillinen tupakointipaikka autoparkin veiressä.

Autotie menee perille asti. Polttopuut sisältyy vuokraan. Mökillä on hyvät 4G-yhteydet. Juokseva vesi mökkiin asti, paitsi talvella (1.11-15.4). Vierailla on käytössään soutuvene ja kahdet pelastusliivit. Kouvolan palvelut löytyvät 40 kilometrin päästä. Verlan Tehdasmuseo löytyy 10 km päästä.

The apartment has a sauna and a glazed furnished balcony that is comfortable to cool off after the sauna. There is space down the street for free parking.
