The property is located 13 km from the center of Kouvola, 10 km from Tykkimäki Amusement Park and along the way to Repovesi National Park, which is 35 km away. Repovesi National Park is located a couple of kilometers away. So combining cottage living with hiking is a great success. In addition to the cottage, there is a barbecue hut where you can also stay overnight. A dock and a rowboat can also be found on the beach. The place is unique: a quiet private peninsula and traditional Finnish handicrafts in the cottage.

The yard building, with its own yard and terrace, is located in a rural area along the Kymijoki River, in the beautiful landscape of Siikakoski. This cozy place is just a 5-minute drive to services. Massive logs and wooden surfaces bring atmosphere to the upstairs bedroom and living room. Downstairs there is a small but well-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom/toilet. The parking space is in front of the door. During the summer, guests have access to the host's beach, where there is a swimming opportunity.

Nice rebuilt log cottage by lake Siikanen. Cottage is electrified and equiped with cold drinking water and warm shower water system. Peaceful beach opening to direction south. Available a small boat and two SUP-boards. At the yard there is a gas grill and an equipment cottage for firewood and eco wc. Our own summer house is near by (at 150 meter distance) thus help and additional services are often easily found. English and German are spoken by the hosts Timo and Tuula.

Welcome to spend time at Villa Tihvetti! Here you can relax by sauna and swimming. You can also spend time outdoors, cycling, paddling, paddleboarding or walking in the woods. Repovesi National Park's Lapinsalmi parking area is about 10 minutes' drive. The cottage is fully equipped and sleeps seven people. There is also the possibility of additional mattresses for more guests. In connection with the atmospheric sauna, there is also the possibility to rent a hot tub.
