The newly renovated Chalet Noir is located in Hinterzarten, an idyllic altitude health resort at 1000 m altitude. Freestanding on a hill at a mountain stream in close proximity to the Thoma ski lifts and the legendary Eagle ski jumping hill. The mountain landscape around Hinterzarten is characterized by dense forests , wide meadows, clear mountain lakes and a mysterious bog with hiking trails and a golf course . In winter, there is a cross-country ski network with floodlight descents and a nature ice rink.

Vacation home by the fir tree

Our vacation home is located in Königsfeld in the Black Forest. The Swedish-style house offers space for up to 4 people on approx. 65 square meters. On the first floor you will find a large open living area with kitchenette, a separate bedroom with double bed and the bathroom with shower. From the first floor, you can reach the sleeping loft (gallery) with a double bed via a narrow, steep staircase. In summer, you can enjoy a large wooden terrace. In winter, a Swedish stove provides cozy warmth.

The Seppelhof is a farm that is over 400 years old, which has been completely renovated and modernized. It is detached outside of Hofsgrund at about 900 m above sea level. The property is therefore wonderfully quiet and idyllically located with a large garden. The farm has a total of 3 spacious, separate living units with a separate entrance, one of which is available to our guests. In addition to the view of nature, the proximity to France and Switzerland offers many sightseeing options.

Our chalet is a journey back to the 1950`s and has been carefully renovated (bathrooms, kitchen: new) and upgraded to todays expectations in 2021. Please note that I can only offer Saturady to Saturday bookings during high season form mid May until mid-September.

The Hierholzer Weiher is a habitat for dragonflies, aquatic insects, a spawning ground for numerous frogs and a summer meeting place for locals and their guests. The chalet/wooden house with a large roof overhang, conservatory and balcony facing the pond provides 65m² in 3.5 rooms. The property with 1000m² west slope is sun-drenched. To the south, there is a view of the Alps.
