It is a 130-year-old old private house that remains until the final selection at the reconstruction grand prize held by the Kominka Revitalization Association.All interiors have been renovated, and there is also optical line Wi-Fi and a sauna (for 1 to 2 people).Four cars can be parked.Recommended for family vacations, remote work, and longer stays. It takes about 90 minutes to Nikko by general road, about 60 minutes to Ashikaga Flower Park, and about 30 minutes to Tochinoki Family Land in amusement park, so it is also ideal as a base for sightseeing. It takes about 10 minutes to the nearby golf course, 10-15 minutes to the large supermarket such as Aeon, and the convenience store. It can accommodate up to 4 people, but the basic price is up to 2 people.There is an additional charge of 5,000 yen per person depending on the additional number of people. If you have a BBQ, please be sure to let us know at the time of booking.Charcoal should be prepared by the customer. This is an old house-style building located just off the Nikko Kaido. Close to Tobu Shim-Imaichi Station, you might even hear the steam whistle of the Taiki if you're lucky in the evening. 8-tatami Japanese-style room (bamboo room), 6-tatami Japanese-style room (temple style), 8-tatami living room (retro style) IH kitchen, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, fridge, washing machine, gas dryer, etc. are fully equipped, so you can use this place as a base for sightseeing in Nikko, Kinugawa, Ashio, and Kuriyama. There is also a parking lot, making it ideal for touring with fellow bikers. Breakfast is a free loaf of freshly baked bread (home bakery). Mountain Biking, Calligraphy, Games, BBQ (The usage fee for charcoal is 2,000 yen per use. Dishes are available for rent, so please prepare your ingredients at a nearby supermarket.) Advance reservation is required. In the evening, I also run a tavern next door, so you can enjoy delicious food and drinks.

The built-in storage in the house is very rare in this area and is worth seeing. If you are in the stone storehouse, you will definitely feel indescribable! Daily necessities Fridge, range, gas stove, drum style washer/dryer, etc. You'll be fine no matter how many days you stay. There is also a sauna. After the sauna, take a shower that is a little too intense to clean yourself up. Within 1 km to places considered to be Ashikaga tourist destinations. You can also walk around. There are also electric bicycles, so you can also go cycling! We've created a relaxing space and look forward to making you feel happy to be in this house.

It is a Japanese house surrounded by lush greenery. The space available for rent is 120 ㎡ (about 70 tatami mats). 7 minutes by car from the Kan-etsu Expressway, Hanazono Interchange. Free parking for 4 cars is available. It is a 9-minute walk from Hachioji Station on the Tobu Tojo Line. Since it is a private rental, we can only allow 1-2 people to stay for up to 7 consecutive nights. Long-term stays are possible for 3 or more people. Please use it for sightseeing such as Nagatoro, Chichibu, and Ikuno, or for work. You will have the entire first floor of a rural house to yourselves.
