Welcome to our architect-designed house with sauna, fireplace and views of the lake and ski slopes. Hiking and cycling trails start right outside and during summer there is a private dock and rowing boat by the lake. The ski resort is just over 1 km away and in winter it’s possible to walk or ski across the frozen lake to the lifts. Three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and free EV charging. Fantastisk stuga med sjötomt! Bastu, badtunna och båt med motor. Lång brygga vid stranden och badflotten med hopptorn. Stugan ligger i ett område med 7 stugor men helt avskilt från grannar. 5min från E4. Affär finns 10min bilfärd från stugan. Stugan saknar elektricitet och rinnande vatten. Färskvatten förses under vistelsen med vattendunkar. Gasolspis med ugn samt gasolkylskåp. Badtunnan tillgänglig påsk- slutet okt. Water hot tub ok to use during Easter- end oct.

Njut av lugnet med utsikt över åkrar, kor och hästar på närliggande gårdar. Djur är välkomna! Elbilsladdare finns.

Rural house in Hälsingland

The house was built in the 1880s and was originally a lodge that was then rebuilt into a residential building. The house is located in beautiful Forsa in a rural environment and is therefore also decorated in a rural style. Nature is close by and so are golf courses, ski trails and mountain bike trails. Within walking distance is also Hälsingegården Ystegårn, which has both a restaurant and an interior design shop.

Farmhouses in Delsbo

Bring the whole family, up to 5 people + small children, to Fredriksfors, 3 km from central Delsbo. 2.5 km to several swimming lakes. There is a lot to do; the fiddlers' gatherings in Dellenbygden in July, ride a dressin on the Dellen track, enjoy nature, snow and the northern lights in winter. The house is simple, pleasant and spacious (about 60 sqm) with a large garden where you can spend time.
