Newly built house/cabin with its own dock for rent by Lake Vällan in Falun. In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun. There are both rowing boats and SUPs that allow for trips out on Vällan. During the winter, there is the possibility of both long-distance skating and cross-country skiing when the track and trails are prepared if the weather and surface allow. The house is about 50 m2 and has a small kitchen, dining area, sofa with TV, fully equipped bathroom and bedroom. In the back of the house, there is a washing machine, dishwasher and storage.

You have 600 meters to the forest and Lugnet Nature Reserve. Swim in the lake from the jetty in the summer or take a dip in the ice hole in winter. Wood-fired sauna is available, bring your own wood if you want to use the sauna. In winter, if the weather and wind allow, there may be a plowed ice rink/walking path on the lake, and ski trails are usually prepared.

Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We will charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

Cozy cottage of 27 sqm with newly renovated bathroom and kitchen and porch of 29 sqm with magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on our own plot (5,000 sqm) in the nice village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The bed is made and clean towels are provided when you arrive, it is easy to enjoy yourself here! The village is located along Siljan, by car it takes 4 minutes to Leksand Sommarland, 8 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg.
