Beach resort with sea view: The Villas Fehmarn - Gold I

"The Villas" Fehmarn say "Moin Moin" Fehmarn's new beach resort "The Villas" is just a few meters from the fine sandy beach of Fehmarnsund. Eight cozy designer villas with a sea view to the south invite you to relax and unwind. With 85 square meters and 3 floors, Villa Gold I offers space for up to 6 people with its open architecture. Floor-to-ceiling panorama windows in the living area, as well as a shower with sea view on the first floor, are only 2 of many architectural highlights. The impressive roof terraces on the third floor with breathtaking sea views over the Fehmarnsund Bridge makes Villa Gold I the ideal holiday destination for families or place to relax with friends. There is plenty of room for all in the two bedrooms with box spring beds and the high-quality sofa bed in the living area. If it is cold or rainy outside, the crackling fireplace and the cozy floor heating will warm you up as you take in the sound of the sea all through the day. Resort grounds A common laundry room, with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer, is available to all villas. From the end of October, there will also be an outdoor sauna with garden-panoramic views for couples to cozy up on special autumn and winter days. For a small fee amateur captains have the opportunity to charter the 15 hp motor boat, "The Villas Trust" without a boat license and to explore the island from the water. Even anglers and kite surfers are welcome to safely store their personal sports equipment in the lockable recreation room. Self-caught fish can be processed in the evening at a designated fish preparation stand and barbequed on our Weber Grill. Size: 90 m2. Die Hütten sind winterfest und werden ganzjährig vermietet. Jede Einheit hat eine eigene Terrasse oder großzügige Balkon/e, auf der Sie gemütlich die Sonne genießen können. Auf dem Gelände stehen Waschmaschine und Trockner gegen ein Entgelt in der Waschküche für jeden Gast bereit.

Small cabin right on the dike

Small cozy apartment cabin located directly on the Dahmer dike. The apartment is on the ground floor of the old fisherman's house. There is a living room and bedroom with adjoining kitchen and a bathroom. The house is older and the ceilings of the apartment are partly low or there are wooden beams. Especially in the kitchen, living room and bathroom. Very tall people have to be a little careful. This includes a large fenced garden with terrace. Internet is at your disposal!

Fishing house from 1680

A small fisherman's house in the heart of Travemünde, equipped for up to 10 people, a garden, as well as a roof terrace, a lockable shed and 2 parking spaces, are part of the offer. The water is only 50 m away, the beach 750 m, shopping, as well as the front row (promenade) only 100 m. The tourist tax is payable in cash upon arrival and is added to the price, as is the final cleaning fee of €120 per booking. No parties, stag/hen parties or club outings are desired!

Our house by the sea invites you to switch off and relax, very quietly located, with a large, cozy, southwest-facing terrace and beautiful garden. You'll be here to yourself. But also the beach is only a few minutes' walk away. The house is bright and open with large windows. On the ground floor you will find living room with connected, open kitchen, parent bedroom and shower room, on the upper floor two children's rooms, in between a large, light-flooded gallery.
