Behind the house you have a wonderful view over meadows and pastures. Especially in the morning when the sun rises over the meadow and you sit in the conservatory with a coffee – an unforgettable moment! The renovated holiday home is located close to the beautiful nature reserve 'Het Springendal' and 'Landgoed Singraven' where you can make beautiful walks and bike rides. You can also visit the beautiful historic town of Ootmarsum. This nature house is the ideal place where you can completely relax and enjoy the Twente landscape.

There is parking and the possibility to store and recharge bicycles. Nearby are many cycling and hiking trails. In the house are area books, thrillers and games that you can use.
