The beach is a 5 min walk from the house. Our house is in the midst of a quiet natural reserve. The animals are present in nature (ants and spiders sometimes in the house, wasps, dormouse, Aesculapian snake,sometimes fox at night) and any event connected to these animals are not considered price reductory factors, please consider this when reserving! Price is for the gr. floor only and is for max 6 adults. Attic apt. has a sep. entrance from outside and sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and 2-3 kids.

The 2. level of the house is entirely for the guests during the tourist season. We offer it for families, small groups of friends , we do not accept peoples alien to each other. 2 big rooms, 1 smaller, eight beds, big balcony , nice panorama, kitchen corner. Enjoy the nature, far from the noise of the city which is reachable by walking (15 min) as well. Our small house is an outstanding one with an own garden. During your stay the house will belong only to You, don't have to share it others. The house is ideal maximum for 4 Persons either for families or couples.There is one bigger room with a double bed and armchairs and opening from it a smaller rom with two separate beds. One bathroom and a well equipped kitchen.
