The Villa and the out buildings of "Mereta Castle” date back to 1400. They are surrounded by beautiful greenery, within a hectare of private olive grove, and are located on a beautiful hill overlooking a natural amphitheatre with views down to the sea. After driving a mountain road, you will find yourself immersed in nature. Please note: there are two points where the road narrows due to ongoing construction work in the final km. The house features three bedrooms, a living area with a comfortable sofa bed, and two bathrooms. The kitchen is located on the ground floor next to the game room, which is equipped with billiards, darts ecc. In the private garden, you will find a hot tub (available as an extra service upon reservation), a BBQ.

This typical Tuscan stone house is situated in Marciaso, a small medieval village in the Tuscan region of Lunigiana. If you are looking for nature, quiet and a fantastic view of the Apuan Alps right from your balcony, then this is the place for you. Villa Madonna is a property built in the late 19th century. Its name comes from the fresco you'll see above the front door. Here you will be surrounded by nature, surrounded by peace. You can listen to the sound of cicadas or birds, watch the sun rise from behind the mountain at dawn or relax and watch the stars. You will not hear voices of neighbors, noise of cars, you can enjoy the relaxation of the countryside, while remaining close to the sea and wonderful hiking.

In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

The house is located in a strategic point to reach the Gulf of La Spezia with its pearls Lerici and Portovenere and the nearby Cinque Terre. It is on one level with a large outdoor space dedicated to our guests equipped with an oven and barbecue for pleasant outdoor lunches and dinners. Its interior consists of a large living room with fireplace, sofa bed and large window, a double bedroom, a large bathroom with shower, a closet and a small but well-equipped kitchen.

It can be reached in five minutes by car from the Recco highway exit and with a short walk, including a staircase.
