"The Cart Lodge" is a one bedroom detached, property with a guest Hot Tub situated close to the city of Norwich and about 30 minutes drive from the Suffolk Coastal towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh and close to the Norfolk Broads. The Cart Lodge is the perfect place to spend a few days and unwind whilst exploring the the local area. The town of Loddon lies just one mile away and has a variety of Shops, Cafes and Public Houses as well as a number of Takeaways. Fibre Broadband at the property.

A fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine and drier, with spacious lounge with dining area and cosy ensuite bedroom mean it's a home from home.

The Tiny House

Rustic Shepherd's hut set in its own 5 acre field. Very child and dog friendly, all welcome! The Tiny House is well insulated and with its wood burning stove is lovely and toasty during winter months. Unlimited wood available. The bathroom is located directly behind the hut, where there is a shower and a composting toilet. This is attended to daily. Rural and peaceful location but also situated close to many amenities, including delightful pubs and restaurants.

Perfect for families, couples, friends & weekend escapes, the cottage comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests across three stylish bedrooms. There is an indoor pool, Langley Grange, 5 minute walk from the house that you can book. NB: use of the Sauna comes at an extra charge

Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
