When you arrive the property will have been empty for 24 hours & will have been fully cleaned & disinfected following the previous guests departure,

Located in Rollesby, a peaceful, Broads village, it is a 7 min stroll to the farm shop & 10 min drive to hire a cruiser for a day or launch a kayak. The seaside is within easy reach with an abundance of beautiful beaches, most dog friendly & no restrictions; the nearest a 10-minute drive.

Nature trails, marsh and river walks too. Only 15 miles to the beautifully historic city of Norwich and 8 to Great Yarmouth.
