This tastefully renovated 70 m2 house with its well-kept garden and beautiful ash tree will suit a single person as well as a family. The carport, 2 parking spaces and terrace are a real asset. We have taken care of the comfort of the amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

Very nice bright house tastefully renovated close to all amenities and a short walk to the river to stroll or run. A pleasant enclosed garden and parking for 2 vehicles are at your disposal. A garage is available if you want to put equipment or a 2-wheeler in it. The Space: An open living-dining room and a beautiful equipped kitchen. 2 beautiful bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed (+1 pull-out bed) and a desk.

Covid 19: the cottage is disinfected with Ozone after every guest checkout. If you would like to spend more than 3 days, please request a specific quote. The cottage is approved for Tourism and disability. Located less than half an hour from the Futuroscope, the cottage allows you to quickly reach Beauval Zoo to the east, Fort Boyard to the west, Puy du Fou, the Roche Posay spa, the Loire Valley castles...

Small atypical house 16 km from the futuroscope

Small stone cottage on three floors Close to the futuroscope , center park ... It is ideal for two people . A quiet and relaxing countryside place. I provide the bed sheets, for the toilet linen I can provide it with an extra 5 euros . Small note, the stairs are steep (stepladders) and the kitchen ceiling is a little low. For fans of coffee I have a senseo , I leave some pods available .

L'Atelier, cocooning stay close to Futuroscope

Totally independent and located a few metres from our house, come and relax and have a good time in our personalised and cocooning cottage. You can enjoy the garden, the pool (see our rules), to relax with family, friends or for an unforgettable business trip!
