This peaceful place to stay offers a relaxing stay for everyone. The house is located in Scorbé Clairvaux, a charming village, close to the Futuroscope park, Aquascope, Arena (22kms max 25min), at the start of beautiful hikes, close to the Parc de St Cyr, Lake Châtellerault and bike paths (the SylvainChavanel greenway). You will appreciate this house for the tranquility of the countryside and all its activities around. Ideal house for a stay with family, friends and also for professionals.

Quiet cottage, close to an equestrian center, surrounded by nature. Greenway in the forest and tree climbing course (nearby). Only 10 min from Châtellerault, 25 min from the Futuroscope, 40 min from Chinon, 50 min from Tours and 40 min from Poitiers. On the ground floor, a living room with kitchenette, toilet, bathroom. Upstairs, a large family room with a 140 cm bed and a bunk bed (2 x 90 cm) separated by a screen. Possibility to install an extra bed for an additional child.

The cottage is 800 meters from the village where you will find the café, restaurant and grocery store, you will also find the hiking trail departures. You are a 20-minute drive to FUTUROSCOPE and 70 km from the Loire Valley castles. In the village you have a tree climbing park, an equestrian center and an educational farm. In the summer, you can access the vegetable garden and help yourself to organically grown vegetables and fruits. Kids love it...

Ideally placed, it is 20 minutes from Futuroscope, 30 minutes from the center of Tours and 25 minutes from La Roche Posay. Explore the many activities in the surrounding area. 40 m² cottage completely renovated adjoining our Poitevin farmhouse, located 10 minutes from the center of Poitiers (8 km) and 14 minutes from the Futuroscope (11 km). We will be delighted to host you in our ideal cottage for 2 adults and 2 children (possibility of adding a baby bed in the master bedroom).
