The house is located in Scorbé Clairvaux, a charming village, close to the Futuroscope park, Aquascope, Arena (22kms max 25min), at the start of beautiful hikes, close to the Parc de St Cyr, Lake Châtellerault and bike paths (the SylvainChavanel greenway). You are a 20-minute drive to FUTUROSCOPE and 70 km from the Loire Valley castles. In the village you have a tree climbing park, an equestrian center and an educational farm. In the summer, you can access the vegetable garden and help yourself to organically grown vegetables and fruits. Kids love it...
