Our duplex cottage (44 square meters) with private entrance, terrace, parking and wallbox is located in the quiet Bürgerfelde district - on the outskirts of town and yet centrally located! Just 15 minutes by bike or bus from downtown, the train station and university and a few minutes' walk to the green surroundings. The house is completely renovated and equipped with everything new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy is 1-2 people/couples. For a few nights, you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

Farmhouse Platjenwerbe

A 19th-century farmhouse surrounded by large oaks and a huge garden awaits you. The property is located on the outskirts of Platjenwerbe in close proximity to Bremen. From the house you can look far over green meadows directly into the local recreation area Auetal. In summer there are horses with their little foals right in front of the house, who are always looking forward to a petting session. The large garden with adjoining lawn and play equipment is enclosed and therefore suitable for toddlers and four-legged children.

Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

A sauna is also available. The Weser beach is only 3 km away. Up to 2 pets are welcome (€25/week). Non-smoking house.

It is distributed on 2 floors, on the ground floor there is living room, kitchen, bedroom 1 as well as bathroom 1 and access to the terrace with garden. Here you can relax and enjoy the tranquility. On the 1 floor are the 2 other bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom.

In the area you will find quaint small towns for half-timbered lovers and small farms with farm shops and restaurants to stop by after an extended bike tour or longer walks. Ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist vorhanden.
