The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.

It scores with the perfect city location, offers you a full bedroom, a beautiful dining/living room, a small pantry kitchen and a shower room. The WiFi is great! This Lieblingsapartment is located between the city harbor with its numerous restaurants, the shopping street with many cafes and the KTV pub district.

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. The apartment is located close to the city center on the 1st floor of a residential building in a quiet backyard. A large bright bedroom offers max. 4 sleeping places (1 double bed and a pull-out double bed) and in the large kitchen-living room the large sofa bed also offers 2 sleeping places. All windows can be completely darkened with external blinds and the rooms remain pleasantly tempered even on sunny days.
