At the end of a road, there are two houses, one of which is under construction (no works planned for rentals) We rent one of the houses with an area of 120 m2. It consists of a large living space downstairs with living room, kitchen and dining area and an office area with pull-out bed (comfortable thanks to the box spring and mattress) Two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. A beautiful plot with swimming pool and pond completes this place. A haven of peace, quiet and green. 15 minutes from Sancerre and 2 hours from Paris

Located 15 km from Aubigny-sur-Nère and 20 km from Sancerre, it is the ideal place to have a good time in the heart of the Centre region.
