House ideally located in a wine-growing village (18) in the heart of the Sancerrois, 5 km from the Loire cycle route. The village church is classified as a historic monument. Wine estate tours with tastings 200 metres from the cottage. A charging point for an electric/hybrid car is available on request for a fee of €10 per day.

Un beau terrain avec piscine et étang complète ce lieu. Un havre de paix au calme et au vert. À 15 min. de Sancerre et à 2h de Paris.

Ideal for relaxing, you will stay in a completely renovated Longère, located at the end of a small communal road without traffic.

This is an accommodation for 8 with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with single beds. You will be alone to have this water point on a partially fenced plot. The chalet has all the necessary comforts, hot water, shower, dry toilet, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, etc., but without wifi or television (4G for diehards). Pets are also welcome.
