A beautiful grounds with swimming pool and pond complete this place. A quiet, green harbor of peace. 15 minutes from Sancerre and 2 hours from Paris.

House ideally located in a wine-growing village (18) in the heart of the Sancerrois, 5 km from the Loire cycle route. The village church is classified as a historic monument. Wine estate tours with tastings 200 metres from the cottage. A charging point for an electric/hybrid car is available on request for a fee of €10 per day.

Gite for 5 people: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, 1 living room, 1 equipped kitchen and an outdoor area.

2 hours from Paris, 15 minutes from Aubigny-Sur-Nère, discover this cottage on the edge of a private pond in the heart of nature. You will be alone to have this water point on a partially fenced plot. The chalet has all the necessary comforts, hot water, shower, dry toilet, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, etc., but without wifi or television (4G for diehards). Pets are also welcome.
