At the end of a path, there are two houses, one of which is under construction (no work planned for rentals) We rent one of the houses with an area of 120 m2. It consists of a large living space downstairs with living room, kitchen and dining and an office area with a trundle bed (comfortable thanks to the box spring and mattress) Two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. A beautiful grounds with swimming pool and pond complete this place. A quiet, green harbor of peace. 15 minutes from Sancerre and 2 hours from Paris.

Beautiful villa with pool less than 2 hours from Paris

Beautiful villa for 6 people with heated pool (end of May/end of September) located at the foot of the castle of La Chapelle d'Angillon, birthplace of Alain Fournier and less than 2 hours from Paris. We are located between Sologne and Sancerrois. The villa is suitable for a stay for families or groups of friends Nearby you will find tourist attractions: Aubigny-sur-Nère 10 minutes away, La Borne (potters' village) 20 minutes away, Bourges and Vierzon 30 minutes away, Sancerre and its vineyards 40 minutes away.

La Jonchere private chateau

Located only an hour and a half south of Paris. Live in your own chateau in its private park with shared swimming pool on the Grande Saudre river. The chateau is located within the Loire valley area with tourist sites such as Sancerre being only 30 minutes away by car. The nearest town is Aubigny sur Nere which has 600 years of Scottish history. Both Orleans and Bourges with their magnificent cathedrals are within an hour's drive. There is a snack bar site. Bicycles are also available to hire.

O'gite Sancerrois

Fully renovated, self-contained accommodation nestled between vineyards and forests. Starting point for walks in the vineyards and forests at the foot of the cottage. House ideally located in a wine-growing village (18) in the heart of the Sancerrois, 5 km from the Loire cycle route. The village church is classified as a historic monument. Wine estate tours with tastings 200 metres from the cottage. A charging point for an electric/hybrid car is available on request for a fee of €10 per day.

Offering an exceptional setting in the heart of Pays Fort, close to Sologne, the "Chez Sophie" gîte is a haven of peace close to Vailly sur Sauldre (7 km), Aubigny sur Nère (10 min), Sancerre (20 min), La Borne (potter village 20 min away) without forgetting the omnipresent forest, that of Ivoy and its Château de la Verrerie 5 min away. Ideal for relaxing, you will stay in a completely renovated Longère, located at the end of a small communal road without traffic.
