Spacious, Beautiful Eco-Retreat in NE Seattle!

Lovely retreat in a quiet neighborhood in NE Seattle (just north of Maple Leaf). Near bus lines and a 5 minute drive from I-5 for easy access, close to the light rail station. Lots of trees, lovely Victory Heights Park 1 block away with new playground and tennis court, and which hosts a "Food Truck Friday" event every week from 5-8pm, between June and September. Excellent for business travelers, University of Washington employees, and families Unit features no stairs.

Mid-Century Luxe Lounge - Romantic and comfortable

This bright and expansive (700 sq ft!), private loft is a perfect getaway, while still close to great food/drink, and all of Seattle's outstanding adventures. The romantic lounge has an incredibly comfortable bed, fuzzy rug, and cool original art on every wall. The huge plush couch is big enough for two people to stretch out and enjoy Netflix on a flat screen TV, along with the softest blanket. In the morning coffee service is ready for you. Enjoy NE Seattle from a Light-Filled Guest Suite

We have a compact but spacious-feeling 1 bedroom apartment that accommodates 4 guests with the addition of a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Open floor plan with the kitchen and living room. It offers a lot of windows and daylight with skylights in the kitchen and shower. We have a lovely west facing balcony that overlooks the the garden and provides territorial sunset views. It offers Northwest/Scandinavian modern design and a clean feel.
