Our fully furnished studio guesthouse is attached to the main house and located on our 1.25 acre property. You are in the country, may hear the roosters, but 5 min. from the city. We are conveniently located 3 min. off of HWY 99. We are also 15 min. from downtown. It has all the amenities of home, yet the privacy of your own space and entrance. We are located in the California Gold Country, close enough for day trips to San Francisco, Napa, rafting on the American River, and even Yosemite. . You’ll love my place because of the tranquil country feel. We are perfectly situated if you are in town for any of the Rancho Murieta Equestrian events and just a quick drive up to Sutter Creek or Calavaras Big Trees. Cozy Cottage Near the River

Clean and private, a standalone dwelling separated from my own residence by a parking pad. Small 2bd/1bath cottage. A 2 minute walk to the Sacramento River, bars, and restaurants. Boat launch is practically across the street. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots, coffee maker, etc. (Just please clean up after yourself) There is WiFi, but it is not always reliable so I haven’t listed it as an amenity but it usually works well for the tv.
