Our apartment is fully equipped with all the amenities you'd expect, (*No stove) creating a comfortable space for your stay. For the peace and relaxation of all guests, please note that we do not allow pets or children under 12. You can book with confidence knowing that we have a Use Permit from the City of Napa.

Downtown Napa Gem - perfect for TWO!

Located downtown Napa, a short walk (three blocks) to dozens of shops, restaurants and wine tasting. The property was originally built in 1908 and has recently been remodeled. The rental offers two comfortable bedrooms, two relaxing patios, a living room and one full bath. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, but no kitchen. Easy parking in front of the rental. We are one of the 60 hosts with a legal Napa rental permit which allows us no more than two guests.

Your room and bathroom are completely private and there are no shared spaces in the house.The room is part of the house and although private, it is not completely soundproof. The backyard is shared with us. It's bright and sunny, and you are perfectly located for walking downtown or exploring the valley.

F.J. Massa House

Named in honor of an Italian immigrant who settled in Napa in the early 1900’s to grow vegetables for his new-found community. Frank Massa built this mediterranean cottage as a wedding gift for his wife-to-be in 1930. The two bedroom, one bathroom cottage is listed on the historic register and fully restored to its original elegance & appointed with original furnishing and fixtures from the 1930's. The back yard is a world all it's own with gardens, hot tub, propane BBQ, and partially enclosed outdoor dining room and sitting area. One dog is considered for a $100.00 fee per stay.
