Il comporte une pièce à vivre avec un canapé lit, une chambre et une salle de bain ainsi qu'un jardin privatif avec terrasse; l'ensemble se situe dans notre très grand jardin (en face de notre maison). Vous êtes à 3 min à pied des arrêt de bus vous menant directement au bord du lac, à la gare, de la vieille ville et à l'aéroport, à 10 min des tram 12 et 17 et CEVA . Deux vélos adultes et des vélos enfants sont à disposition.
