Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. It is a unique wood-clad architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and state-of-the-art interior design, which leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel right at home.

The vacation home is located on a big natural plot, which stretches from the shore meadows at the Hagen Wiek to the Zicker Alps. The vacation apartment is located in the light-flooded attic. Through a small hallway you reach two bedrooms, the bathroom and the main room with kitchen-living room, dining table, fireplace and seating set. Adjacent to this is a large balcony. The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.
