The property is located in a quiet location directly on the Kieferbach and is only a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Hechtsee, a large swimming lake. It is the ideal starting point for hiking, biking, swimming, skiing and much more. The 3-bedroom apartment has a large west-facing balcony with mountain views, which invites you to relax. An underground parking and bicycle parking is also available.

NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The cottage is located on the outskirts of Kufstein on the Inntalradweg, 100 m away from a cozy jausenstation , 10 minutes from the Kaiseraufstieg, the entrance to the Emperor Mountains, all within walking distance. Tours can be offered on request. The city of Kufstein (railway station) and the Kaiserlift can be reached in 10 minutes by bike or by city bus. The large fenced garden invites you to play, grill and relax. The kitchen with Nespresso machine is new and very well equipped.

Quiet apartment with lake view in Thiersee

Apartment with conservatory on the beautiful Lake Thiersee. Distance to the lake 2 min. A walk around the lake takes about half an hour ( 2km). There is a large playground 500m away with a pizzeria. Supermarket 1km away. Many small hikes up to difficult day trips are feasible from the house. Best starting point for a mountain bike tour on the Pendling (local mountain). Alpinists will be as happy here as families with small children.
