We invite you to our beautiful vacation home with approx. 80 square meters of living space & terrace. The fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, 3 bedrooms (first floor/attic) and a cozy living room invite you to linger. In addition to a modern bathroom (first floor) with shower, tub, underfloor heating and hairdryer, a separate toilet (attic floor) is also available. For the little ones, a trampoline, swing, sandbox, playhouse with slide and a playground are available in the garden.

They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Modern cottage directly on a small lake. Practically furnished to unwind for a few days in the middle of nature and to switch off. On the ground floor there is either a large double bed or two single beds. A staircase can be reached by the slightly lower sleeping floor with another two single beds. A high-quality bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with the most necessary make this great tiny house an absolute feel-good place.

No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.

Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.
