The apartment consists of a spacious living room, kitchen with dining area, bathroom with toilet and washing machine, 3 bedrooms and a spacious hall. The main entrance is shared with apartment Vos, after which each apartment has its own lockable entrance. In the hall of the main entrance is the access to the children's playroom, so this is for joint use for both apartments.

In addition to Chemnitz, the two largest cities in Saxony, Leipzig and Dresden, are easily accessible.

20 years ago we renovated this house, which is one of the oldest in the city, with a lot of our own work. Our 4 children have breathed a lot of life into it all. Now they have left the nest and left some space. That's why we have furnished this beautiful apartment for you, even with a toddler. Since July 2021, we have been building and renovating our cottage. We have tried to preserve the nostalgic charm and combine it with modern details.
