Small quiet independent studio on the ground floor (near Albertville). Folding bed + sofa. Please note, the sofa is integrated into the folding bed, so it is not a 2nd bed!!! Superb view, quiet place, fresh, close to nature

Besoin de repos, désir de découvrir la région, envie de marquer une pause, au calme, près de la nature ? L’appartement, en rez-de-jardin, plein Sud, lumineux, est situé à 10' d'Albertville, au calme sur les hauteurs, à 700m d'altitude, en bordure de forêt, avec une terrasse et un beau panorama sur les montagnes environnantes. En été, l'altitude et la proximité de la forêt apportent de la fraîcheur. Excellente connexion wifi !

Enjoy a comfortable stay, 200 m from Albertville train station and close to the city center. Fully equipped, freshly renovated, 60 m2. A bedroom with a 160 bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a living room/kitchen with comfortable sofa bed. The apartment is on the ground floor of our house, and has a fully independent entrance. We are available if needed, but if not, you will have total privacy and tranquility.
