We would like to share our Harlem brownstone with you. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom, with access to a large backyard garden and patio. We are just north of central park, in a neighborhood full of restaurants and music, shopping and culture. There is great transportation access to all parts of New York city - 4 subway lines are a very short walk away; bus stops are even closer, and taxis and limousines pass by frequently. We donate a percentage of our fees to the Wild Bird Fund

Close to coffee shops, groceries, delis, & public transit. *Note: bathroom is located beneath a film studio/gym space; occasional noise can be heard, never after 10pm, not audible in bedroom.

Our space is a short 5 minute drive to the LIRR at the Queens Village stop. This can take you to Manhattan’s east or west sides in 25 minutes. You are also 10 mins away from JFK airport. Only 3 minutes drive to the UBS Arena- a multipurpose indoor arena ,the home of the New York Islanders.

Second floor large bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. House is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. King size bed and the room has a large closet to hang things in. Because of NYC regulations, we are only able to host one person in the room at a time, and that is why when booking the maximum number of persons who can reserve is one and we are not able to accommodate more than one person at a time.

This private room with its own private bathroom is part of the Owner’s duplex and is located on the ground level. The room is the front room facing the street with 2 windows (facing north). You will enjoy complete privacy. We are located in the heart of Park Slope, close to public transportation with plenty of restaurants, shops, bars nearby, walking distance to Prospect Park, Barclays Center, the Brooklyn Museum and the Botanic Garden.

This ground floor bedroom is approx. 100 sq. ft. with a full size bed. It adjoins a private 20 sq. ft., bathroom in an authentic brownstone. Guests have control of heat/air conditioning. The house is typically very quite in an upscale, historic neighborhood, full of Victorian charm.
