There are about 20 stairs to climb up, plus few once inside,free parking across the street at any time, which is one of benefits of NOT living in the heart of NYC. Only the garden is shared between the guest and owner and our super chilled rescue pooch Daniela. The host will be on premises during your stay on the upper level of the duplex. Because it is a duplex with two entrances, the guests will have total privacy.
