The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Relax in Gite Briffaut de Bourgondië

This stable converted into a house with a walled garden used to be a stable with dog kennel which belonged to the adjacent Chateau Briffaut. It is completely free and high with views over hills and forests, close to the nature park "Morvan ".In the house all old oak beams are still visible and the old details have been preserved as much as possible, but this house is full of comforts with a walled garden with palms and olive trees with terrace and jacuzzi.
