House with terrace, just a stone's throw from the beach

In the centre of Calasetta, a 5-minute walk from the marina and the first beach. Ideal for families: it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette. Bright, it has articulated open spaces: a first courtyard, in front of the entrance with an outdoor table and shower, from which you can access the staircase that leads to a second small terrace, and finally to a large terrace of about 40 square metres, furnished with a table and deckchairs. Inside the house, there are two balconies.

Casa Sterlizia is close to the beautiful beaches of southern Sardinia. Surrounded by a large and green garden full of Mediterranean flora and exotic plants, very cool and quiet. Easy to reach the pharmacy, small markets and some good restaurants. Equipped with parking, barbecue, outdoor shower, various furnishings and hammocks. On request, bikes with which to reach the beaches in 5 minutes equipped with chain and padlock. The house is suitable for couples and families with children. Car needed.
