Arctic Apple Tree Apartment

Renovated (Pictures of the kitchen updated), spacious and cozy apartment in a peaceful neighborhood, 5km from the center of Rovaniemi. The apt has a bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a spacious living area with a full kitchen and a sofa-bed, as well as a loft area. We can be easily reached since we live in the same building, and we are happy to help with anything. The area is quiet and close to nature, with a beautiful lake nearby. We have two bicycles for two guests.

Viehättävä hirsimökki Kemijoen rannalla

Rentoudu kauniin Kemijoen varrella sympaattisessa vuodelta 1811 hirsimökissä. Remontoitu nykyaikaisin mukavuuksin v.2021. Pihanavetassa uusi sauna/wc ja grillitupa sekä saunaterassi . Saunan jälkeen pulahda hiekkarannalta Kemijoen raikkaaseen veteen. Rannalla toinen sauna sekä palju, vuokrattavissa erikseen kesäaikaan, sekä huvimaja grillauspaikka ja soutuvene. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet kuuluvat hintaan Maaseudun hiljaisuudessa sielu lepää!

Mukava kaksio lähellä keskustaa. Keskustaan matkaa 1,2 km. Joulupukin Pajakylään matkaa 9km. Lentokentälle matkaa 9km. Bussipysäkki talon vieressä. Sänky on kahdelle ja sohvasta saa tehtyä lisävuoteen kahdelle henkilölle. Vuodesohvan leveys 140cm. Vuodesohvassa oma sijauspatja, jolloin siinäkin on mukava nukkua. Ilmoita haluatko, että vuode tehdään sohvaan valmiiksi. Kauppa 200 metrin päässä. Autopaikka saatavilla. Se maksaa 5€/majoitus.
